most expensive areas were Sonoma, Healdsburg, and Sebastopol (excluding
Costal Sonoma, and Sea Ranch & Timber Cove because of low number of sales). The three least expensive
areas were Cotati/Rohnert Park, Northwest Santa Rosa, and Russian River.
