Average Residential Sold Price decreased 9.8% from $388,052 in December 2010 to $350,169 in December 2011.

The number of residential sales increased by 10.8% from 443 sales in December 2010 to 491 in December 2011.

Average Days-On-Market increased 4.5% from 110 days in December 2010 to 115 days in December 2011.
