    Average Residential Selling Price increased 13.0% from $327,364 in January 2009 to $369,930 in January 2010.

    The number of residential sales decreased by 19.7% from 407 sales in January 2009 to 327 in January 2010.

    Average Days-On-Market increased 8.7% from 103 days in January 2009 to 112 days in January 2010.
